AIEC 2025
The 38th annual Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) will be hosted in Canberra 14 - 17 October 2025.
This year’s theme, ‘navigating change’, is designed to equip delegates with the tools and insights necessary to lead their organisations through uncertainty, fostering resilient and forward-thinking professionals in the international education industry.
AIEC attracts sector practitioners, teaching staff, researchers, policymakers and other stakeholders, bringing them together every year to learn about major industry trends and to network with Australian and international colleagues. With a conference schedule packed with keynotes, interactive sessions, an exhibition, social events, networking opportunities, and more, AIEC 2025 is the southern hemisphere’s must-attend international education event.
IDP has been the proud owner and host of this event since it was first held in Canberra in 1986. Since 2006, AIEC is jointly presented by IDP and the International Education Association of Australia (IEAA).
