In line with PHE and Government advice our staff are now working remotely. As a global company, we are well rehearsed in remote working and have robust business continuity plans.
If you have any scheduled meetings with us they will still take place, however, meetings will now be conducted over Zoom. We will also continue to communicate with you in the normal ways, via email and telephone.
We will continue to provide you and our teams with regular updates and we are confident that we are able to operate business as usual.
We appreciate that, in this turbulent time, institutions will want to know whether there are going to be changes in the support they receive. At IDP, we have great confidence in the skills and knowledge of our teams all over the world and feel that their experience is as critical now as ever before. All our teams and your usual contacts, both in your country and globally, are available whether working in from our offices or from home.
We feel it is important that both our students and our partners know they have the security of working with the same IDP representatives in relationships that can continue to grow over this challenging period.
We believe the long-term drivers of international education remain and the entire IDP family is here to provide stability and support, both now and in the future.
Additional information and in-depth operational updates from across our global network are available to our partners via MY IDP Connect, our gated content and data platform for clients. Recent examples include a series of Core Member webinars and an article reporting on international student feedback during the coronavirus.
Our Core Members will also receive further support as we work together to overcome the challenges being posed by the coronavirus outbreak.
Please stay safe and if there is anything we can do to help you to manage the impact on your institution please do let us know.
