Insight Day is our annual student recruitment and marketing conference, held at Convene 200 Aldersgate, St Paul's. It will showcase detailed insights into the 2025 Whatuni student reviews—featuring tens of thousands of reviews—along with key data trends and best practices for the UK higher education sector.
The event provides HE marketers, and admission and recruitment teams with the opportunity to connect and network with the wider sector and get a detailed look into student insights, trends and best practice. The content covered on the day will help institutions tackle pressing marketing and recruitment challenges and gain further insights into what our current generation of students want and need, as expressed by them.

Hosted on the same day as Insight Day, the Whatuni Student Choice Awards (the WUSCAs), is an annual celebration of the student voice and an opportunity to recognise the hard work of UK institutions to ensure their students have the best university experience. The WUSCAs is the only higher education awards ceremony in the UK where institutions are judged and reviewed by students themselves across various categories.
Underpinning the WUSCAs is Review Collection, our nationwide yearly project where tens of thousands of university student reviews are collected - across 5 months - which determine the universities which are shortlisted, all driven by the student voice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the student voice to be heard, gain insight into what truly matters to students, and ultimately enhance student satisfaction in the upcoming year.
