IDP is proud to be a conference partner of the International Higher Education Forum, on 4–5 June 2025 in Birmingham.
The two-day event will bring together global leaders and sector professionals to explore the key challenges and opportunities shaping international higher education today – from evolving research partnerships to student recruitment in a challenging landscape.
Over 300 delegates will be in attendance for an opportunity to hear from leading sector experts, share experiences, challenges and explore potential solutions.
International market specialists Simon Hume, Senior IQ Consultant, Emma Skelton, Head of Client Success, and Oliver Quinn Palmer, Head of Client Partnerships at IDP UK, will lead a session on “Shaping the Future: IDP Insights for UK International Student Recruitment.”
This session will explore the future of international student recruitment for UK institutions. They will share key insights drawn from IDP data, highlighting the global markets showing the strongest demand for UK study. They’ll also present findings from Emerging Futures student perception research, offering a deeper understanding of what influences students’ decisions to study in the UK. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in breakout discussions, reflecting on how these insights might impact universities at both the institutional and mission group level.
Rachel MacSween, Director of Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement, IDP UK will be the keynote speaker on 4th June at 3.50 pm.
