SUIG Conference 2024

We are thrilled to be the Platinum Sponsor for the Scottish Universities Inclusion Group (SUIG) Conference taking place on Friday 9 February 2024 at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.  

The SUIG Conference brings together professionals in the international student recruitment and marketing sector in Scotland. Delegates get the opportunity to discuss, network and share their experiences, challenges and learnings over the recent years of intakes.

Additionally, participants celebrate the successes of recent years and understand how the sector will continue to evolve in the near and distant future. This year’s conference theme is ‘Turbulent Tides: Navigating the waves of change in the Scottish HE sector’. A full programme will be shared in January 2024.

Is Scotland getting its fair share? Global policy update and the international landscape through a Scottish lens. Presented by Rachel MacSween and James Inzani, IDP Connect

Global recruitment experts, Rachel MacSween, Director of Client Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement and James Inzani, Client Director will be attending the conference and holding an insights-led session at 1 pm on the day.

The session "Is Scotland getting its fair share? Global policy update and the international landscape through a Scottish lens" will take a deep dive into student trends and perception of Scotland compared to other destinations a year on from last year's presentation. IDP will be presenting multiple data sources to build a picture highlighting challenges and areas of opportunity.
