Saurabh Malhotra is the Director of International Recruitment and Market Development at Fanshawe College. Saurabh has worked in the international recruitment area for 12 years.

Saurabh is responsible for managing and leading the international recruitment, digital, and communications team at Fanshawe. The team has more 25 people including 8 digital and communication members are based in London, Ontario and 20 international representatives based in S. Korea, China, Turkey, Colombia, Brazil, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Russia. Saurabh’s team is responsible for recruiting and engaging more than 8000 international students at Fanshawe from 100+ countries.
