About Lucy Everest

Lucy Everest is the Global Chief Operating Officer at Heriot-Watt University, a well-respected marketer and higher education digital transformation specialist. Lucy bring a wealth of private and public sector experience to the board, having been the Head of Marketing at Elsevier Health Sciences, Pro Vice-Chancellor & Director of Marketing and Global Recruitment at Middlesex University and most recently Global Chief Operating Officer at Heriot-Watt University.

In her role at Heriot-Watt University, Lucy oversees the strategic operations of Information Services, Academic Registry and Student Support, Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions, Communications, Development and Alumni and International Development, bringing a broad wealth of expertise to the board.
