The PIE’s prestigious annual recognition of innovation and achievement across the international education sector, The PIEoneer Awards, was held on Friday, 13 September at London’s spectacular Guildhall, where global excellence was represented at every table.
Attending for IDP in their dazzling finest were Simon Emmett, Chief Executive Officer, Rachel MacSween, Director of Client Partnerships and Stakeholder Engagement UK International and Europe, Samir Shah, Head of Intelligence and Analytics, Aimee Gilbert, Associate Head of Global Marketing and Communications, and Simon Hume, Senior Consultant.
IDP was nominated in two categories – International Student Recruitment Organisation of the Year, sponsored by QA and Excellence in Data and Insight, sponsored by QS.
For the Excellence in Data and Insight award, IDP received a Highly Commended nod for our IQ Data and Insights. What a fantastic accolade for Samir Shah and his team.
And the award for Best International Student Recruitment Organisation went to…IDP Education, Global.
IDP was noted as “changing the landscape of international recruitment” and for the new modelling system which uses machine learning to predict future student flows.
After collecting the award on behalf of IDP Education, Simon shared his thoughts: "This recognition is testament to our team's dedication to providing cutting-edge insights, and meaningful solutions. It’s a privilege to be recognised for our contribution to helping students achieve their global ambitions.
"We remain committed to driving innovation for the benefit of both students, institutions, governments and the broader HE sector. A huge thank you to the excellent judging panel and the PIE team for this honour. Congratulations to all the deserving finalists and winners"
