In this session, participants will learn methods of building an international recruitment strategy using limited resources. The conversation will emphasize the importance of adopting a multi-pronged approach that incorporates digital marketing, utilization of data-driven insights and analytics, and developing trusted partnerships, including agent relationships and in-country representation.
